USB Cable unable to charge the phone



  • Hi Guys,

    all of a sudden my phone stopped chargin and in order to find the root cause, i changed the adapter and then the usb cable as well. it seems that the usb cable is not working properly. Anyone else also facing the same issue?
    is the cable also under warranty?
    @CREO-Support @CREO-Team can you help me out here?
    if it is in warranty, can the cable be replaced?
