Heating issue on CREO mark 1

  • Still the phone heats after update also

  • After updating on fuel os 1.1.0.0

  • Yes the phone starts heating up right from the moment I start using it this is so annoying. Phone heating is such anlet down is anyone @CREO-Team @administrators @CREO-Support
    @sai-srinivas @Mr-Wolf @Subodhk
Looking into the issue at all or we have to either keep using it the way we are using it right now or just throw away this phone and go for a new one thinking that I have made a huge mistake trusting Creo and purchasing Mark1

  • Creo need to do all test before launched mark 1. This is lot of suffering spend 19999 and use this latest technology with lot bugs. This is not justify anywhere. I am also thinking about refund or replacement.

  • Current Issues after updation Fule OS 1.1.0.0
1- Still battery heating on both cases (Charging Phone & Normal useage of Phone).
2- Battery Draining so fast 25% in approx 30 to 40 min.
3- Rear camera still have little bit photo lagging issue. It’s will be more fast.
4- Front camera some time not take clicking in single press without press flash option.
5- Still apps internal to SD card option is missing in Fule os update.

    TX.

  • @asclch2 please define normal usage .

  • Normal usage means- With 2g network, check mail, open one or two time clash of clan only for one or twi min. Tack one or two click of photo. One or two min. Check phone setting or move screen blank here and there. And some time check CREOSENSE.COM some reply or ask some?. That’s it.

  • No play movies, No one any HD games, No any other heavy searching on net.
I have 3g connection but i m still useing 2g, because of MARK 1 use some more battery for 3g connectivity.

  • @Nikhil-Bhagia To be Honest , Heating will be always be a issue for a Smart Phone . My Friend have Lenovo Vibe x3 , Its heating issue so deep that , Sometimes while using camera for a minute it gets so heated that you can’t receive a call for that phone. You ear will burn off. Many times I have seen him to literally throw away phone to a wall for that heating issue.

  • @mr.rightnow OK I understand every smartphone has little bit heating issue even in an iPhone heats

  • @Nikhil-Bhagia I got my phone today and initially, just surfing the net or charging the phone etc made the handset very hot. However, after installing the update, it has reduced a lot. There will always be heating issues in a cell phone. I had an iphone 5s and with every latest OS update, the phone started becoming more sluggish and started heating too, even with generic stuffs. I dont play video games much, even then it used to heat up.

Likewise, there will be some heating in Creo too. However, after the update, as they stated, the heating reduced a lot.

  • @saikatsakura Any lag?

  • Hello all,
OK. Heating is not issue, but i told u guys i am using another phone MI3 with same battery capacity and aluminum body. It is also heat but not like Creo mark 1 & use both phone for same time approx 8hrs long on wifi connection with 100% battery charger level.
1- CREO MARK 1 WIFI CONNECTIVITY NOT GOOD, BUT XIAOMI MI3 CONNECTIVITY IS SO GOOD.
2- CREO MARK 1 USE 99% BATTERY WITH 8HRS, BUT MI3 TAKE ONLY 50% BATTERY.
I KNOW CREO MARK 1 HAVE QHD SCREEN & MI3 HAVE IPS SCREEN, BUT EVEN THIS DOES NOT JUSTIFIE 50% OR 99%.

  • @Sunny-Khilare I haven’t experienced any. In fact after one day, the heating issue has almost disappeared. Even during charging from a data bank or wall point, I got very little heating, which I have noticed happened with my iPhone too.

  • @asclch2 Okay I found one WIFI setting which I am sharing here which significantly increased my standby time -

    1. Go to WIFI from the Settings app
    2. Select the menu option and then Advanced
    3. There is a setting called Scanning always available - Turn it off.
    4. Set “Never” for the setting Keep WIFI on during sleep

These two settings gave me atleast 30% extra juice.

  • @Nikhil-Bhagia agreed… My iphone6s burns while charging and also while using 3g

  • Creo have launched blue charging cable which charges slower yet wont heat ur phone… Those who complains of heating while the phone gets charged, kindly try them… It is available @ creosense.com and is only ₹100
